In the event that a key or access fob is lost, the TENANT shall be responsible for all costs associated with its replacement, including any lock changes if required.
No alterations or modifications of any kind to the premises (including walls, floors, or other surfaces) may be made without the LANDLORD'S prior written consent.
The TENANT and their guests agree to comply with all condominium and/or building rules and regulations. The TENANT shall be responsible for reimbursing the LANDLORD for any fines or penalties incurred during the lease term as a result of non-compliance.
The TENANT agrees to pay any move-in and move-out fees charged by the condominium corporation or building management. These fees must be paid to the LANDLORD prior to the delivery of the keys.
