RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1) All rental offers are conditional upon a credit check, proof of employment, and references to the satisfaction of the LANDLORD. If the LANDLORD is not satisfied with the results of the credit check, they have the option to render the rental offer null and void by sending the TENANT written notice to that effect within 4 days of receiving the credit check. 9) The TENANT and their visitors agree to abide by the condominium bylaws/building regulations, and the TENANT will be responsible for paying any fines charged to the LANDLORD during the lease;
